Broadway National Parking Lot Construction Project

Broadway National Group, LLC ("Broadway") recently completed development of a new parking lot project. Nick Alfano, the appointed superintendent, gives an overview of the project and some of the obstacles that Broadway’s construction team encountered throughout the process. Any challenges the team was confronted with were met by a collaborative effort to overcome. The project stayed on schedule and met all compliance requirements. In total, the project took approximately three months to complete and resulted in the creation of 200 new parking spots, new light fixtures throughout the area, and a new drainage system being installed into the foundation of the property.
